We are merging two small fields by clearing the site, removing hedges and blending ground levels to create a large usable area adjacent to the house for the homewowner’s pony. The next step will be to install the perimeter post and rail fence, prepare the ground and seed with horse appropriate grass seed. Read more »

The challenge was to provide a weathertight yet light porch between the existing renovated traditional cottage and the contemporary extension. As the front door of the new build faces south it is exposed to considerable rain and wind driven rain.
